The client was determined to make the most of the 1970s brick home.
The brief from the client was clear: a complete renovation that would maximise the property’s potential and command top dollar. Anchor was tasked with transforming the space into a “new” home while maintaining the existing brick structure. This was no small feat, but we were able to rise to the challenge.
Insight into the process for this Brisbane renovation
From top to bottom, this project was a complete overhaul, save for the building’s existing structure. We left no stone unturned.
To achieve the desired look, the brickwork was rendered and painted, and the walls, ceilings, and windows were all redone. We even converted the roof from tile to timber.
The bathroom, kitchen, and flooring were all been replaced with high-end finishes, while the pool was refurbished, and the landscaping was expertly redesigned.
Even the smallest details were considered, from the hardware on the cabinetry to the light fixtures throughout the home.
