I couldn't find where it went so called Anchor. I spoke to a customer service rep who was very friendly and helpful, and organised the site manager to come out (was about 15 minutes). When he got here, he was also super friendly and helpful with a smile on his face (I should have asked for his name, sorry!).Anchor made no money from me, but multiple people acted as great humans. Thanks team at Anchor, you guys rock, and saved me a thorough hiding from my other half if I lost her (expensive) gift.
