It was perfect for the homeowners’ current stage in life and beyond, with the flexible spaces that were converted into office areas and abundant storage.

The COVID-19 pandemic threw unexpected challenges at Anchor Building Services. Supply chain delays, market fluctuations, and strict safety protocols posed significant obstacles to the project’s completion. However, the team  remained steadfast. With our large supplier and contract base, we were able to meet every challenge to deliver the build in a timely manner.

Another challenge was the property’s proximity to local schools. Our goal is to always minimise our effects on the community, which is why we were constantly communicating with neighbours and organising deliveries around school zones and times. While some may see this as an unnecessary courtesy, we believe it’s part of our commitment to customer service.
