This impressive home was one of two houses built on one subdivided lot. We demolished the existing house and created two new homes.

We handled the implementation of the whole project, from removing the existing home from the property to completion and handover.
There were some challenges along the way. The project was on the main road with lots of school traffic and on a blind corner. We had no street parking available which made it hard for the tradies and super hard for the deliveries.
We also had vegetation protection zones in the back yards due to the forest corridor that runs down behind the houses.
But despite facing considerable challenges, our team efficiently handled every step of the project. We are proud of the skill and workmanship that went into the house’s fantastic completion.
